Catherine is the founder and executive director of Artinabox. Passionate about art, she conceived the idea for Artinabox while living in New York with her two children.

Catherine’s professional career spans over 20 years in communications, public relations and marketing specializing in tourism and culture. Her career highlights include marketing and communications director at the Paris Tourism Office and the Accor Hotel Group. 

As the former Director of the French Chamber of Commerce in Abu Dhabi, she developed close relationships with key UAE and French business leaders across a range of sectors including art, culture, luxury brands and tourism. Resident of Abu Dhabi for over five years, Catherine has established a large network of local and international leaders.

Deena Al Mansoori is an entrepreneur and mentor, passionate about empowering, developing and inspiring the youth. 

After a successful ten year career in IT and project management at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Deena embarked on a new chapter of her life to build a coaching and personal development centre in Abu Dhabi. The centre is due to open end of 2016 and will adapt creative tools and techniques to train and empower people of all ages with essential professional and life skills. 

Art, in all its forms, plays an important role in the human journey of development, growth and inspiration. Deena’s vision for a development center in Abu Dhabi will leverage Artinabox to introduce art to a new generation of youth.

Rachid Koraichi is an Algerian born artist whose career spans over 40 years.  He has won  internationally acclaim with many solo and group exhibitions including Miragens, Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; The Future of Tradition - The Tradition of Future, Haus der Kunst, Munich, Germany; The Short Century, (Munich, Berlin, Chicago and New York); the 47th and 49th Venice Biennales; Word into Art, British Museum, London, UK and Path of Roses (Tariq al-Ward), Abu Dhabi Festival 2011, Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, UAE.  

During his distinguished career, Koraichi has received many accolades and prizes, the most notable being the Jameel Prize in 2011 at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, exhibiting seven banners from The Invisible Masters series. 

His work is represented in major public collections including the Guggenheim, Abu Dhabi, UAE; the British Museum, London, UK; the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, New York, USA; Musee d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, Paris, France.

As a producer, writer and technologist for over 27 years, Florent has developed a unique expertise in the field of digital art using artificial intelligence, which he calls “Living Art”.  

He is co-founder and creative director of ART3000 and The Cube in Paris, the first center of digital art in France. Florent leads artist training, production of digital artworks and is curator for various international exhibitions and conferences. 

Florent is a trained socio-psychologist with a focus on cognitive ergonomics.  He has authored influential books in the field of digital art: "Living art, digital art". In addition, he has created innovative systems using autonomous robots: "Time of Love" and “ The living Mona Lisa”.

Nathalie Paquet, Content Creator

Nathalie Paquet explores new forms of storytelling. Her expertise lies in the creation of narrative links between the tangible and digital. She has developed stories with a spatial structure and characteristics. 

In 2012, she created Urban Expé, an urban digital experience and exploration that entertains and captures imagination.  Her published book and digital extensions also explore the narration of space and territory.Nathalie recently co-founded Imprudence, an experience design studio working on new forms of interaction, connecting our physical and digital worlds.

Marthe Noual, Art therapist

Marthe Noual is a specialist in children's education for over 35 years and uses art for expressive cognitive counseling.  She has taught psychology at the institute for social services professionals in Pau and at the University of Pau, France.

She currently practices therapeutic mediation and counseling in Abu Dhabi for children, teenagers and adults.  Marthe developed specialized workshops and mediation techniques using drawings and calligraphy, helping to reconnect clients with their inner emotions and awakening their potential.  The workshops are designed to reduce anxiety and stress, and provides a path to improving self-esteem and self-confidence.

A dedicated Committee will meet every 3 months to collectively share ideas, validate concepts and enhance our products and learning content in Paris and in Abu Dhabi.

Simon Impey has spent twenty-five years working in advertising, communications, film and photography.

Simon has worked at London’s most respected advertising agencies. He has produced work for some of the world’s largest brands and won awards at the British Television Awards, The New York Festival, Irish Advertising Awards, Cannes Corporate Media & TV awards and been in D&AD Annual.

In the UAE, Simon has created a number of advertising campaigns, film and photography for The Crown Prince Court, Mubadala, The National, Abu Dhabi Media, The Abu Dhabi Educational Council, ENEC, Emirates Palace and YAS Mall. He has worked across the region, in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
